Dakota Property Management (DPM) was founded with 25+ years of experience in property management, leasing, construction management and asset disposition throughout metropolitan Phoenix.

Crystal L. Melby and Allan R. Riedlinger are the owners of DPM. Crystal and Al offer personal service. They personally oversee all functions of great property management themselves. Crystal and Al both are originally from North Dakota and bring great work ethics and honesty to Arizona and DPM. All communication between DPM and tenants and owners are to Crystal and Al directly. We are the management team.

DPM’s portfolio of properties consists primarily of Retail and Office Centers from 5,000 square feet to 140,000 square feet, HOA’s and apartment complexes. Our clients range from Commercial Real Estate Investors, Institutional Investors and Entrepreneurs who are all looking for one thing – personalized service to maximize their return on investment.
