 Crystal began her property management career in metropolitan Phoenix in 1984. Crystal has built a reputation with her clients and the community for providing superior property management services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 ▪ Direct the day to day operation of  DPM including managing staff, oversee construction, lease up, tenant retention, property management and asset disposition

▪ Maximize cash flow for building ownership

▪ Point-of-contact person for DPM

▪ Establish relationships between management, tenants and contractors by creating open and trusted lines of communication 

 
EXPERIENCE 

▪ 36 years of property management experience

▪ Manages over 2 million square feet of office, retail, mixed-use,  residential  properties and HOA’s

▪ Licensed Real Estate Broker, State of Arizona 

Oversees accounting for all properties

Maintains facilities for all properties

Maintains facilities for West Valley properties
